Voskan’s Art is the studio of Los Angeles painter Voskan Galstian. This policy explains what personal information we collect through voskansart.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Voskan’s Art is operated by Voskan Galstian. “Voskan’s Art,” “we,” and “us” refer to Voskan Galstian doing business as Voskan’s Art.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you acquire a work, create an account, or send an inquiry, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Order history
- Messages you send through our Inquire form or by email
The Inquire form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, and your message.
Payment information
Payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo details are handled by those processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies to keep your Selections (cart) working, to keep you signed in to your account, and for basic site analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as Selections, checkout, and your account, may not work properly without them.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including payment, sales tax, and shipping
- Respond to inquiries and questions about works
- Manage your customer account
- Keep the tax and business records required by law
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the gallery:
- Payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal) to process payments
- Shipping carriers to deliver your work
- Hosting providers, including WordPress.com, WooCommerce, and Jetpack, which host and operate our site
We do not sell your personal data.
Your Account
If you create an account, you can view your order history and update your details at /my-account/.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, answer inquiries, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Order and customer records are kept for seven (7) years.
Security
We use the security measures of our hosting and payment providers to protect your information. Because full card numbers are handled by our payment processors, they are never stored on our site. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax record-keeping
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal data.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
How to Request Access or Deletion
To request a copy of your personal information, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email us at voskangalstian@yahoo.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please include your name and the email address you used with us so we can locate your records. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
